REfUND POLICY
RETURNS
At Paper and Ink, we truly hope you love everything you order. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it.
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges for items that are not in a resaleable condition. Unfortunately, returns made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
To send back your item, please choose the most cost-effective shipping method to avoid unnecessary charges. Kindly allow up to 21 working days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. After the refund confirmation, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
While we aim to accommodate all returns, any item received in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that Gift Cards are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
An item is considered faulty if it does not meet quality standards, is unfit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description provided. Please note that damage caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, or accidents does not qualify.
If you receive a faulty item, kindly contact our Customer Support Team at fingertouchclt@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please:
- Double-check your bank or card account.
- Contact your payment provider—sometimes refunds take time to reflect.

CANCELLATIONS
As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000, you’re entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving it.
To cancel, please email us at fingertouchclt@gmail.com and return the item as soon as possible. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so we recommend keeping proof of postage in case the package is lost in transit.
You’re legally obligated to take reasonable care of the item while it’s with you. If this isn’t followed, we may seek compensation.
